Terms of Sale.

By placing an order with Lūpa you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. 

Our Contract.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. At that stage, your order will be dispatched, and you will be sent an email confirming this. 

Pricing & Availability.

All prices on this site are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices and availabilities are as stated on the website, but Lūpa reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, small errors may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. 
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost' at point of sale.

Payment Methods.

Full payment is required before shipping. Ordered items can be shipped once full payment in received in Lūpa’s account. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted payment methods. 

Shipping & Sales Information.

▸ We ship to over 230 countries! Orders of 6 players or less will have shipping automatically calculated at checkout (except Australia, where shipping is automatically calculated on orders up to 20 players). Contact us if you would like to order more than 6 players and we will provide a shipping quote.
▸ Shipping is calculated during checkout, before you confirm your order. Depending on your location shipping time may vary and will be indicated during the checkout process. We may be able to ship overnight or express for an extra charge, so please contact us and enquire.
▸ All shipping is tracked and you will be provided with tracking information once your order has shipped.
▸ Please note that a signature is required for delivery, therefore we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours from 9am to 5pm, such as a work address.
▸ For orders placed within Australia, GST is included in the sale price.
▸ For international customers, duties and taxes are assessed by your local customs authority upon importation and are the responsibility of the customer. These taxes and duties are not included with your purchase.
▸ We offer a no questions asked 7 day return policy if you are not happy with your Lūpa. Return shipping is at buyers expense. Date calculated from day shipment was received. 

Order Information & Wait Times.

We ship orders out weekly. Order before Friday and your player(s) will ship the following Monday. Please contact us if you have any questions before you order, we may also be able to expedite your order if you need it sooner.
▸ Your power plug shape will be based on the standard used in the country the order is being shipped to. If you would like a different plug please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We only stock European, US, UK and Australian power plugs so if your country does not use any of these shapes, we will send you an Australian power adaptor, unless requested otherwise.
▸ Require a quote, purchase order or pay via direct deposit? Contact us with the details of your order and we can generate an invoice or quote for you.
▸ We offer discounts on orders of five or more. Contact us to arrange to a bulk discount.

Warranty & Returns Policy

▸ Our returns policy lasts 7 days from receipt of product. If 7 days have gone by since you have received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
▸ If you should feel that when you have received your item that it is faulty or defective contact must be made within 7 days from the delivery date of the item(s).
▸ There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
▸ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
▸ We only replace or exchange items items if they are defective or damaged according to the laws in your country. Please use the contact system in the help section of the Lūpa website to start the exchange or refund process.
▸You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Although all items sold carry the regular manufacturer's warranty, should any of the below occur we are not liable and can not offer any returns:
▸ Remove the SD card - Which you have cracked, corrupted or done damage to, a claim is not supported.
▸ SD card port - Damage to the port on the Raspberry Pi board, a claim is not supported
▸ Incorrect handling of the power supply port - Should the power supply port be damaged from excessive incorrect use of plugging in the power supply, a claim is not supported
▸ Incorrect handling of the HDMI port - Should the HDMI port be damaged from excessive incorrect use of plugging in the HDMI cable, a claim is not supported
▸ Incorrect handling of the USB ports - Should any of the USB ports be damaged from excessive incorrect use, a claim is not supported.
If you should feel that when you have received your item that it is faulty or defective contact must be made within 7 days from the delivery date of the item(s).
